Simple food cooked beautifully, however simple does not mean simplistic, it takes skill and soul to take the freshest ingredients, combine them with the finest flavours and serve great food, all day, every day.

  • Good quick knife skills
Ideally you have done the yards as a sous chef in a busy environment, you have insights and working knowledge of COG and labour cost management, menu development and rostering to budgets.
