About the role
Working closely with the Financial Controller, the key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Processing of accounts payable invoices, data entry and coding.

Ensure all invoicing for month end is completed.

Processing accounts payables documents and attending to creditor queries.
About you

Previous hotel experience preferred.

Accurate and systematic data entry skills with ability to handle high volume of transactions.

Well-developed written and spoken communicational skills.

Excellent time management and organizational skills allowing to handle multiple priorities.

Practical knowledge of Accounting software and Microsoft Office.
