This position is primarily a clinical role with operational responsibilities.
Our Charge Nurse is responsible for providing professional nursing leadership with a focus on clinical excellence (minimum 5 years post registration) and workforce planning.

- A background in Urgent Care, ED or Primary Health skills;
- Proven leadership experience;
- Strong communication and organisational skills;
- Flexible and adaptable;
