About the Role
This role consists of delivering of Vocational Services to patients who are referred from ACC. The main focus is working under a Return To Work contract, but there is potential for other duties and contracts such as: Staying At Work contracts, and concussion services.
Duties
• Successfully communicate with a wide range of people, including colleagues and clients
• Provide exceptional rehabilitation support including efficient assessments
• Compile client plans, and reports including up to date ACC reports
Skills & Experience
• Previous Vocational Rehab experience preferred by not essential
• Registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with a current NZ APC or ability to attain registration
• Ideally have or working towards, a post graduate diploma in occupational health or rehabilitation.
• Excellent coordinating and organisation skills
• Ability to work well in a diverse team.
