Clinical Lead / Senior RN
Aged Care Rest Home (medium sized)
New Plymouth
Permanent role full time rostered shifts to include alternate weekends
Carejobz is inviting applications from quality driven Aged Care Nurses who are keen to join a forward thinking and expanding organisation who own a care centre which caters for the needs and requirements of residents requiring rest home/hospital level care.
Our client enjoys an excellent reputation for providing exceptional care, along with a fantastic culture and they would like their new Senior RN / Clinical Lead to share the same values.
As a Senior RN or Clinical Lead in our aged care sector already, you will understand that aged caring is a passion, not just a job, so if you are the type of person who is very resident focused, then we would love to chat with you.
It is essential that all applicants have the following:
- Current APC
- At least 2 years Aged Care Clinical Leadership experience
- A passion for mentoring staff
- InterRAI trained
- Auditing experience
- Conflict & Change Management experience
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Good computer skills
