Our client is a well respected residential care provider seeking an experienced, loyal Nurse Manager with previous experience in managing a large Residential Care facility.
It is essential that you must be a Registered nurse with knowledge of certification process, experienced with the aged care regulations and audit requirement, managing budgets, achieving targets and deliver the best care,
Ability to mentor, lead and motivate staff.
Have real passion for working in aged care
Develop business plan and budget
Meet occupancy target
Must be a Registered Nurse with current APC
