The Salvation Army Bridge Programme - Wellington / Palmerston North, is currently looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Caseworker / Group Facilitator. We are a major player within the NZ Addiction Services sector and you will become part of an international organisation.

Applicants should have experience in an addiction treatment setting and will be comfortable providing an intensive AOD group programme.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• excellent clinical judgement and strong clinical boundaries
• experience in group facilitation
• skills in drug and alcohol assessment.
• the ability to interact with corrections staff
• a diploma, degree or equivalent in addiction studies
• DAAPANZ registration or be working towards registration
• the skills to maintain informative and up-to-date online records
• proficiency in computer IT and database systems
• a sound understanding of Maori cultural principles and philosophies
• skills in coordination and in administration
• a full NZ driver's licence.
