I am delighted to represent my client, an industry leading private medical practice, in the recruitment of an experienced Receptionist. Based in Epsom, my client is a trusted brand providing an exceptional level of patient care. As the face of the organisation the role of receptionist is a pivotal one, and we are seeking candidates with proven experience working in a fast paced, front desk environment.
Some of your main duties will include:
- Greeting all patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Processing invoices
- Preparing patient records
- General admin support as required
To be considered you will ideally:
- Have proven experience as a corporate receptionist (Medical reception experience an advantage but not essential)
- Have excellent communication skills and a warm and friendly demeanor
- Be proficient with MS office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Feel confident with picking up new systems and processes
- Have a can do attitude and be happy to help out wherever required
- Be able to problem solve and support the team
