Your new role
Working in a close and experienced team, you will report to an accomplished Financial Controller, who will work with you to ensure all reporting is completed in a timely accurate manner. Your duties will include:
- Annual statutory financial reporting, including remaining up to date with all reporting requirements and standards and implementing streamlined processes
- Assist team members with the preparation of monthly accounts, including budgets and forecasts
- Reconciliation of corporate accounts and report variance as required to the Financial Controller
- Monthly review of business results and provide insights
What you'll need to succeed
You will come from a Big 4, or mid-tier Firm, ideally within Audit or Tax, however, candidates from BAS will be considered. You will have strong excel skills and enjoy working with and improving systems. More important than your technical skills are your strong communication skills, your ability to work within a team and your proactive approach to your work.
