The Customer Relationship Manager role would be a perfect opportunity for a current Dental Practice Manager, Senior Customer Service Officer or a Healthcare professional seeking the next step in their career.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic development and account management of the company’s customers at a territory level;
  • Own the overall service relationship with assigned customer base to maximise satisfaction, adoption and retention;
  • Ensure growth and development of the company’s niche product range;
  • Maximise interactions across your portfolio so you can strategically analyse existing and new accounts to expertly show clients the customer service and value SCD can provide;
  • Establish, maintain and enhance customer experience through effective support of customer’s strategic goals with SCD products and services;
  • Provide backup to the Auckland Office Manager in running the logistics and distribution aspects of the business – logging jobs, raising invoices, managing customer technical and service queries, arranging couriers etc;
  • Build and maintain strong internal working relationships with the operations, finance and customer service teams to ensure we are delivering the right outcomes for customers;
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions for customers;
  • Assist with high severity requests or escalations if required;
  • Provide advice and support to customers in regard to appropriate tools and materials;
  • Make recommendations to the business on areas which can improve strategy, operations or cost reductions for the business;
  • Attend and participate in regional and national tradeshows and functions as and when required; and,
  • Assist the SCD Invisalign team as and when required.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (desirable);
  • 2+ years previous experience in a similar Customer Service or Customer Manager position;
  • Deep sector or domain knowledge of Dental Industry/Dental technician experience would be very highly regarded;
  • Strong analysis skills with a proven track record of working with data to identify opportunities;
  • Able to demonstrate strong customer relationship management skills;
  • Previous experience working with territory accounts;
  • Thinking planning and performing at a highly detailed level;
  • The ability to be innovative and think outside the box;
  • The ability to work autonomously;
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft office skills, in particular Excel, Power Point and Word;
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure; and,
  • Flexible approach and strong problem-solving skills.
