THE JOB
Reporting directly to the two current Partners and the BAS Manager, you will interact with a large variety of SME clients to complete their statutory accounting requirements. As a forward thinking Firm they are fully Xero integrated and in the cloud, utilising Office 365, Sharepoint, Spotlight Reporting, and ConnecWorks. 

You will assist in training and mentoring junior staff members, and grow into a management role where you will assist wth work-flow management and reviewing the work of others. 
The Firm is looking to grow and expand its capacity to offer true business advisory so experience of providing monthly management reports, budgets and forecasts.

As you establish trust and relationships with clients, you will be rewarded with the opportunity to join the Firm in a Partnership position.

ESSENTIALLY
To be successful in this role you must possess the following experience and attributes:

  • CA qualified with a passion for Professional Practice 
  • Ambitions towards Partnership
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in a New Zealand based CA Firm
