An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen at Mary Potter Hospice for a motivated and experienced health care professional to join the Community Services team. We are strengthening our team by recruiting a third Community Clinical Support Team Leader (CTL). This role will support clinical services across the community teams and provide support to the Community Services Manager (CSM). The role will ensure the effective delivery and co-ordination of Palliative Care Services for the Mary Potter Hospice Community, which span the Greater Wellington region serving approximately 250 people at any one time and is supported by our 18 bedded In-patient Unit.
We are looking for an experienced leader preferably, with palliative care experience. You will be a strong and credible clinical leader skilled at managing a wide range of relationships, competent in financial management, managing projects, managing change and building high performing teams. Applicants need to have a recognised postgraduate qualification in palliative care (or equivalent) and have or be working towards a Masters degree.
