Our client is looking for a multi-skilled individual who has a fine balance between clinical nursing experience and people leadership talent. This is a role for a senior Clinical Nurse Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing the clinical service delivery and supporting their team to create a homely, loving environment for their residents.
With an ethos of hospitality, choice and flexibility, this organisation understands the needs of vulnerable elderly residents.
The role:
Working alongside the Manager, you will combine mentoring, educating and supporting your team, with admin and some clinical too. A role with variety, stimulation and a great team! A combination of hospital, dementia and rest home level care.
With previous experience in a leadership / clinical management role in aged care, you will understand the complexities of the role-
- Oversee the nursing team
- Ensure your site is compliant and audit-ready
- Manage your budget (consumables/ staffing etc)
- Invest your time and expertise in your staff as you mentor and support them
- Create an environment of pride & excellence
- Provide staff education and ongoing development
- Work alongside the Manager as together you promote your special blend of Caring and Quality to your residents and their families, as well as the wider community.
