My client are a National business with a head office in CHCH. They are going through a strategic growth plan and implementation and now need a Finance Manager to join the team. This isn't your run of the Mill number crunching role. You will take on more of an advisory position dealing with external stake holders and supporting the GM on making financial decisions. This role is a pivotal position within the business and being able to communicate with team members from all departments is a must.
What the role entails;
- Monthly Financial and Management reports
- Margin reporting and analysis
- Developing annual budgets and reporting actual vs budget
- Forecasting and cash flow analysis
- Cost modelling
- Overseeing invoicing and advising on any changes
- Debtors and creditors processing within strict timeframes
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- GST/FBT/PAYE
- Capex requirements and proposals
This role would suit someone with a strong financial acumen. You need to work very closely with Senior Management and be able to communicate financial information when and where required.
