As the Clinical Team Leader, you will be providing supervision to clinical and care staff working in set areas.
You will be a senior Registered Nurse with experience in the delivery of care services, in particular aged care. If you are looking for the next step in your nursing career then this role may be the opportunity you have been waiting for.
Responsibilities include;
Clinical responsibility for our Residents, including the monitoring and provision of care to ensure high standards are achieved and maintained
Providing leadership, supervision and direction to clinical and care staff.
Providing oversight of all clinical records and documentation to ensure they meet organisational and legislative requirements.
Provide support to the Clinical Manager
Communicating closely with families and Whanau
About you
NZ Registered Nurse
Current Practicing Certificate with NZ Nursing Council
Broad knowledge of the aged care environment
InterRAI Competent
Strong Computer Skills
Excellent Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisation and problem solving skills
Excellent knowledge of Quality and Health and Disability Sector Standards
Strong Leadership and mentoring skills
