The Company
Based in Mount Wellington close to public transport and easy access to motorways. This large manufacturing business are leaders in the market and specialize in medical and pharmaceutical products. They have large offices with parking available on site.
The Role
As the payroll officer you will be reporting directly to the Payroll/HR Manager and assisting with the wider payroll team of three . You will be specifically dealing with one payroll for the organisation. You will be processing 600 weekly waged staff payroll on to DataPay. You will be pulling data from the Time and Attendance software and reconciling data to ensure timesheets are correct. You will be processing payroll on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday for the weekly payment run and then the rest of the week will be spent dealing with adjustments and any other reporting as required.
Your Profile
You will have outstanding payroll experience spanning at least 3 years plus with a large organisation. You will have impressive attention to detail and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written and listening). Experience with DataPay is ideal but large payroll systems are also preferred. You will have excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills and be able to problem solve.
