- Permanent, full-time role based in Hamilton
We are looking for an efficient administrator to support our Regional Administration Team as well as provide support to two Conservation Boards. Based in the Hamilton Office you will be part of the Regional Administration Team for the Hauraki Waikato Taranaki Region.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- high level of organisation skills, the ability to deliver on time and solve problems as they arise
- fantastic communication skills - with the ability to work across a wide range of people and mediums (key relationships are distributed throughout the region)
- skilled at taking and producing high quality minutes
- proven ability to deal with confidential/sensitive material with discretion
- general office administration experience including basic accounting knowledge
- an understanding of the work of the Department and how it contributes to New Zealand's future sustainability
- thorough knowledge of Microsoft computer applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- current driver's licence
- ability to stay away overnight to attend meetings out of town
