We have a new Volunteer Intelligence Analyst role within our busy Volunteer Resilience team which will utilise your data knowledge within our supportive team.
- Fixed-term 12 month role

Fire and Emergency New Zealand is a Crown Entity established on 1 July 2017 under the Fire and Emergency New Zealand Act 2017. The role of our new organisation is to reduce unwanted fires, respond to structural and vegetation fires and other emergencies including motor vehicle crashes, medical emergencies, hazardous substance related incidents, natural disasters and support increased community resilience.
Volunteers make up over 80% of the personnel.
In this role you will be working to improve the organisation's volunteer data, data processes and data utility. This will contribute to robust evince informed decisions which improve front line services across NZ communities.
Key accountabilities for this role include:
- Maintaining, monitoring, analysing and improving volunteer data and the volunteer data processes
- Improving volunteer data utility
- Volunteer resilience team membership
- Stakeholder management and communication
Our ideal candidate will have:
- At least two years' experience working in or with information systems with complex data structures
- Experience in business analysis in a similar environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work well and collaborate with others
- Experienced in the production and use of data analytics within a large organisational context
- Working as part of and support a busy, high performing and growing volunteer resilience team
The remuneration for this role is $79,356 - $89,831.
