An opportunity has become available in our Property Assessment Team (PPAT) for a Property Assessment Officer who will process and prepare PIMs (Project Information Memorandums) and LIMS (Land Information Memorandums).

We are looking for applicants with successful experience in a role that requires some interpretation and application of policy and legislative requirements combined with strong research and administration skills. You will need to be customer focused and comfortable explaining potentially complex matters to customers. 

To be successful in this role you will also need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to use Excel and other applicable software to analyse data and present results
  • Ability to produce reports using balanced judgement on issues that are open to interpretation
  • Proven capability of working well within a team environment
  • Drive to achieve results and work to set timeframes
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
