We are looking for an experienced finance administrator to join the Parks, Sport and Recreation team at Wellington City Council. You will provide support to assist our Waterfront Operations team, and the customers using our services and facilities.

To succeed in the role the successful applicant will be a team player with excellent time management, planning and organising skills and the ability to connect and engage with a wide range of customers. You will have great communication and a can do attitude.

The role is part-time (20 hours per week) and requires someone who has strong computer literacy and can demonstrate solid experience in accounting principles and finance operations. Experience in the property management sector and with the Technology One system is desirable.

Key responsibilities include invoicing, debt control, utility management, reconciliations, data base administration and reporting.
