Senior Civil Engineer
- An international engineering consultancy who are developing across the country
- An exciting opportunity to work on a variety projects across the Canterbury region
- Client facing design lead role with an element of business development
A very highly regarded international engineering firm have a position available through continued growth across all of their New Zealand offices. This is an international firm who have worked on a number of iconic projects. It is an opportunity to join a diverse team that has experienced a lot of success recently. This is a client facing role, so somebody who is confident and experienced presenting their designs would be a great fit. Projects will vary, with a large number of contracts coming through local authorities. You will have the opportunity to play a major part in an established civil team and will be working on a variety of civil projects across the South Island.
To be successful in this position you must possess the following:
- 6+ years post graduate Civil Engineering experience
- CPEng qualified or close to would be an advantage
- Experience working on projects with local authorities
- Proven record of working in established design teams
- The ability to build a strong rapport with both clients and contractors
- Strong understanding of local government requirements
- Technical experience in water, land development and roading projects
