This role will be 'no walk in the park' but that is where the interest lies. Also have the ownership, in support of the Directors, to direct and grow the team as you wish, holding yourself accountable for the success. It will be at your discretion who to employ and how to structure your team based on the pipeline of work. Create the space for team work and innovation.
