They are looking for someone who is an accomplished team manager, who can deliver projects and bring in and find new business, however there is no financial pressure in the short term.
It is an option that based on your performance and success could lead you to be a key part of this national consulting firm, including furture directorship/ownership.
Serious about putting a strategy in place and will have the backing and support of key directors. Strong profit share plan in place where Senior and Managment staff can make a decent bonus per annum not seen in the big companies.

Suited to a solid Principal Structural Engineer looking to make a name for themselves in the local market. If you have a passion for building a business and leading a team and delivering projects in Auckland and have had experience with this already we would love to hear from you.
Must be CPEng and have reputation in buildings space - residential and commercial, high rise. 10yrs+
