That's where you come in
We're looking for a true leader to guide our Building Services team into the next phase of growth. You'll come in with ideally at least 8-10 years of experience working in a senior to Team Leader capacity. It will also be great if you are chartered with Engineering NZ and our priority will be your depth of knowledge and experience in building services, you will have a working knowledge of Revit MEP software and be based in Wellington.
What you'll be doing
You'll be able to lead your team to successfully complete large and complex projects, and develop initiatives and solutions. You'll provide professional expertise in a wide range of investigative, design, and supervisory projects. You'll assist the Business Unit Leader - Buildings in the implementation of the region's business plan including growth strategy, business development, client management, marketing, and budget targets as well as demonstrating and embedding values and expected behaviours.
