Total Hydraulic Solutions is an industry leading fluid power repair, design and installation company based in Rotorua, NZ.
We have an exciting opportunity for a experienced and motivated technician to lead our busy fluid power service team. This role maybe perfect for an experienced senior hydraulic technician looking to take that next step in their career.
The roll will offer a mix of hands on technical problem solving and customer directed support.
The role will also provide:

The ideal applicant will have the following skills and experience:
• Be an experienced fluid power technician with a minimum of 5-8 years industry experience.
• Be an experienced or inspiring leader who has a solid background in a fluid power workshop environment.
• Be a person who has a high level of experience as a leading fluid power technician in mobile or stationary plant.
• Be someone who has the ability to be calm under pressure and priority tasks in an ever changing service environment.
• Be driven to build existing business and grow the service and repairs sector of current business.
• Be a person who has a natural ability to motivate and mentor a team to meet and exceed expectations.
• Be a person who is focused on building a career and has a record of past successes within the industry.
