You'll be involved with all aspects of the Injection moulding process from machine procurement and installation, through to commissioning, troubleshooting and validation of moulding processes. This entails thoroughly documenting the testing process and capturing all decision making.

You'll be exposed to a wide range of projects and have the opportunity to work in development of new moulding technologies, processes and products.

Mentoring, collaboration and influencing is a large part of this technical role, therefore your communication skills are excellent and your ability to build rapport comes naturally. Your results focused approach makes for a successful 'design for manufacture' and implementation track record.

You have:

• Trade certificate or equivalent in plastics processing
• Minimum 3-5 years' injection moulding setting experience
• Experience with scientific moulding process
• Experienced in MS Word & Excel
• Understanding of mould tool validation
• Understanding of lean manufacturing
• Ability to mentor/train staff
• Ability to accurately record and document testing
• Knowledge in Solid-works CAD is an advantage.
