Structural Engineer with 3 years+ consulting experience required for this busy Albany office!

This is a medium sized consultancy who have 3 offices across NZ and experience that spans over 30 years in the local market. This company put strong value on their services and creative solutions that they can offer to their clients. Due to expansion within the Structural team they are now seeking and intermediate to join them.

In this role you will be working as part of a professional team that delivers high quality work. You can expect to be dealing with clients and other business stakeholders, as well as undertaking structural designs for a range of projects, providing expert advice and completing reports and site visits as required by the business.

To be considered for this exceptional team you must have:

• A minimum of 3 years professional consulting experience within New Zealand
• Experience designing with steel, concrete, timber and masonry structures
• Excellent time management skills and high competency of written and verbal English
• Great inter-personal skills and the ability to work collaboratively towards the best outcomes

In return for your skills you will be given the chance to work with a focused team of professionals. This firm have a number of Senior and above Engineers who you will be working very closely with, as such they have some great mentors and put emphasis on upskilling and furthering the development of staff. The projects are varied and there is the chance to travel to the other offices from time to time as well.
