LPG at Genesis is going from strength to strength and our customers numbers are rapidly growing. With circa 600,000 LPG customers across New Zealand, we need a savvy LPG Project Engineer to join us.
This is a great opportunity to excel your career in project management! You'll be joining our Field Force team, to successfully deliver LPG projects for our customers and depot development to support this customer growth. Working closely with the LPG Sales team, you'll manage the scope and project planning, risk and issue management, organize resources, pricing estimations, financial management and relationship management. You'll be working to ensure our LPG customers are happy with our products and services.
Health and safety is important to us so you'll ideally have experience and knowledge of LPG and hazardous substance regulations. Genesis works in a highly regulated environment so you'll have great attention to detail and fulfil legislative and company requirements.
To be successful in this role you'll ideally have the following experience (but talk to us if you tick some but not all the boxes):
- A tertiary qualification in Engineering or a relevant disciple or equivalent work experience,
- Strong project management experience,
- Strategic planning experience,
- Financial interpretation and analysis skills,
- Excellent stakeholder relationship skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated leader who is commercially savvy, organised with great communication and people skills. You will play a key part in strategic planning, leadership, and financial performance within Field Force.
This role is based can be based in our Hamilton or Auckland office and there will be a requirement to travel between offices and around New Zealand.
