We are currently seeking a Systems Engineer to join the team. Based across two sites within Auckland, you will be challenged on a daily basis
About the Role:
You will be at the for front of ensuring the IT tools provided to the users are well supported and, where required, work around solutions are provided to ensure minimal impact on daily business operations. Also providing 2nd Level support to end users.
You will be assisting the Infrastructure Manager by providing Infrastructure support to all computer users and to develop and maintain good communication channels with the users.
About You:
To be successful in this role you need to have the following attributes:
Updating documentation/Create and maintain operating systems
An understanding of computer hardware and networks along with various window operating systems including basic networking skills Someone that is a people’s person, reliable and is able to work independently
- A full driver’s licence
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, HyperV, VMware and VIOP systems
- Ability to install/Configure new systems
- Knowledge and strong understanding of Citrix and a good understanding of Mobility
- Experience in SAP / Greentree would be an added advantage
- Proven Troubleshotting
- MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Associate) Preferred
- Relevant experience with Server 2008,2012, and 2016
