WSP Opus is undergoing significant and exciting growth and require an inspirational leader for our Transportation work group.
 
As Senior Manager – Transportation, you'll be leading, growing and developing a market leading team, and will also support the strategic growth of the business through the development of strong client relationships and the commercial management of projects and service delivery. You'll enjoy a variety of interesting work, offering challenging projects and a wide range of clients.
 
The opportunity:

• Lead your team, taking on some of NZ's most challenging and meaningful projects
• Continue to develop our advances in the industry with high levels of autonomy
• Manage, encourage and develop staff to achieve their full potential
• Work collaboratively with the wider Regional, National and International Strategic Transport leaders, promoting Tauranga as a location for the delivery of strategic projects
• Key management role that will complement your technical and project management abilities

You will have:

• Extensive demonstrated experience in transportation infrastructure
• Natural leadership with experience in managing project teams and growing client relationships
• Brilliant communication and the capability to lead commercial delivery within a consultancy environment
• BE or equivalent/planning related qualification, preferably chartered.
