Our client is looking for an Accounts Receivable & Payable candidate to start immediately as a temporary assignment 2 -4 months while the role is recruited permanently. Based in the CBD our client is one of the leaders in the Coffee Cafe industry. This assignment is a high-volume, fast paced position that requires an experienced candidate with an eye for detail and a great team player.
About the Position:
- Temporary Assignment to start immediately
- Monday to Thursday, flexible with hours
- Responsible for billing, fees, statements
- Direct Debits, loading in bank and receipting in Xero
- Data Entry
- Customer Service, calling and dealing with orders
- $22 - 23 per hour (depending on experience) + 8 % holiday pay
About You:
- Well-presented with excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
- Accounts experience
- Franchising experience ideal
- Confidence and initiative
- Works well under pressure and can multi task
- Experience with Xero
- Punctual, reliable & flexible
