This permanent role is working within the property sector. It is a stable environment and has a friendly team culture. 

You will acting as the main point of contact, managing a portfolio of 50 properties throughout Auckland which have complex requirements with regards to property maintenance and construction. 

In this organisation there is a chance of career progression as they are one of New Zealand's largest property owners. 

Tasks Involved:

- Primary relationship manager and liaison between internal and external stakeholders 
- Support and advise on 10 year property plans 
- Keep abreast of emerging issues and escalating relevant issues when required 
- Identify and manage risks 
- Manage responses to emergencies 
- Provide Health & Safety requirements in relation to property maintenance and construction 
- Provide input into planning and reporting activities as required 

In order to apply for this role you must have: 

- A relevant professional qualification such as Asset Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture Infrastructure Planning, Property or Project Management and/or experience in the construction industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
- A background in problem solving difficult problems and finding effective solutions 
- Interpersonal skills essential
- System savvy - intermediate to advanced across a variety of platforms including Excel
- Ability to think on your feet 
- A full New Zealand Drivers license as there will be daily travel to various locations
