Our client is a leading construction contractor with a strong history in NZ. They pride themselves on their award winning commercial project work, inclusive company culture and diverse workforce.

As Project Manager you will be working across a range of exciting projects across the government and private sectors.  The majority of these will be projects with values ranging from $10-20m, although there will also be a number of smaller re-clads and refurbishment projects as well.

We are looking for:

• Commercial construction experience across a range of sectors in NZ
• At least 3 years’ experience as Construction Project Manager
• Relevant industry qualification(s) and/or strong trades background
• Proficient with Microsoft software - MS Project essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship management experience
• Prior experience on re-clads and refurbishments for commercial enterprises
• Excellent work ethic and ability to manage a number of different projects at once

In return we offer a position within a tight knit team of highly dedicated team of experienced construction and project management professionals, with exposure to challenging and innovative projects.

Remuneration is based on experience, but is expected to be around $80,000.
