About the Role
Due to continued growth, our maintenance and refurbishment programme is increasing with our 31 villages nationwide. We are seeking a skilled maintenance/refurbishment Quantity Surveyor to add to our friendly QS team.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.
Your work will be diverse and varied and you will always be looking for ways to improve processes.
Your role will focus on:
- Property maintenance and refurbishment
- Creating scope of work/tenders
- Tender analysis and contracting
- Processing monthly claims and variations
- Reporting monthly costs against budget
- Maintaining strong subcontract/supplier relationships
You:
- Have extensive QS experience working on refurb, maintenance of commercial and residential projects
- Have a willingness to get involved at ground level on projects
- Enjoy a busy and fast paced environment
- Are flexible and dynamic and work well under pressure
