About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to add to our friendly QS team who is keen to be part of a successful and rapidly growing organisation. Ryman is the Developer, Main Contractor and Client. The role requires your experience and skills to maintain and build long lasting relationships
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
Your work will be diverse and varied and you will always be looking for ways to improve processes.
Your role will focus on:
- Analysis of drawings
- Tender & tender analysis
- Issue contracts
- Process payment claims and variations
- Maintaining strong subcontract/supplier relationships
You:
- Have wide-ranging QS experience working on medium to large commercial/residential projects
- Enjoy a busy and fast paced environment
- Have experience in construction projects from foundation through to interior fit-out
- Are flexible and dynamic and work well under pressure
