Our client specialises in retail, commercial and industrial doors. They design, manufacture, service, refurbish, replace and upgrade automatic doors, access-control doors, roller shutter doors and grilles. The opportunity for an Installation and Service Coordinator has come available due to growth within the business. This position will require you to coordinate the service team as well as client requirements on a daily basis. You will be working very closely to the Service Manager and other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the Service Department. Key responsibilities: • Answering incoming calls, assisting customers and clients • Preparing all quotations daily • Allocating jobs to service department technicians • Tracking all jobs until completed • Prepare and maintain weekly spreadsheets for the Service Manager • Offer and up sell service programmes, upgrades and other services to clients You will need to have: • Previous project coordination experience, ideally within the building industry. • Strong communication skills – written and verbal • High attention to detail • Intermediate MS Office skills • Excellent customer service skills • Team player attitude, willing to help where required • Positive and energetic personality This really is a great opportunity to join an established business in Wiri.
