Chartered Building Surveyor

Our client is a New Zealand owned business based out of Auckland with a stellar reputation within the industry. With a range of exciting projects locked in for the second half of 2018, the year is shaping up to be exceptionally busy. They offer a wide range of services from defects diagnosis to project management and have consistently delivered on all of these to an exceptionally high quality.

As a result of their growing reputation their workload is also growing, and they now require a Building Surveyor to join the team and hit the ground running. 

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with the following:

• Writing reports and creating quality presentations
• Business development
• Client liaison
• Dispute resolution
• Defective building investigation
• Contract administration

The skills and experience required to fulfill the role are:

• At least 5 years experience in New Zealand or overseas
• Degree qualified in Building Surveying
• A member of either RICS or NZIBS (or working towards)
• Experience in weather tightness
• Ability to manage inspection teams 
• Condition assessments
