We are seeking a Senior Estimator to join an established team and take responsibility of all estimation of new tenders for manufacturing and site works. You will be proactive in gather information from internal and external contacts and preparing all documents for submission.
- Prepare all estimations and tendering on upcoming and current projects
- Liaising with internal teams and sub contactors to collect quotes and pricing
- Sending all documents to suppliers and contractors
- Measuring and pricing all internal products and materials
- Negotiate final contract sums
- Hand over meeting with all internal staff
You will be an experienced Estimator with at least 5-year experience in construction, internal construction and / or shop fitting. You will be a proactive, highly organised and personal individual who has clear communication to efficiently complete tenders and quotes on time. You will be a down to earth individual who enjoys working within a team and handle the pressure of time constraints.
