In short - My client delivering high end residential homes needs a delivery and relationship focused site manager to start in July.

The job itself - The role is with a residential specialist who builds high end homes. You will be reporting to the construction manager working on several high-end homes. The perquisite is quality, the clients are paying a lot of money for these builds and need a delivery specialist.

To be successful - You have been on site for a number of years you know what you need skill wise, you need to manage the site and staff, have a good eye for detail and keep scheduling. What will set you apart is your attitude, your effort and end goal- Have an aim to progress and this company will assist you every step of the way.
