Following on from the successful completion of the Mackays to Peka Peka Expressway Higgins is now involved on the next stage of the Wellington Northern Corridor, the Peka Peka to Otaki stage. This will be a $300m plus project building 13 KMs of 4 lane expressway.
As well as this project, Higgins business is growing in the lower North Island generally. We now have an opportunity for an experienced Level 2/3 P STMS to join us in Kapiti, based out of Paraparaumu. We are willing to train someone who is at Level 1, who would like to progress their traffic careers further.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Level 2/3 P STMS, for a diverse and hands-on role. You will have to be a self-starter who can adapt to a fast paced environment and remain fluid.
The main responsibilities will include managing an onsite TC crew, setting goals and programming the movements for the day.

Requirements
• STMS Level 2/3 Practicing
• Class 2 licence
• Proven experience in setting up sites
• Be able to assist with training of upcoming TC crew members
