Site Manager required for Volume Build projects in South Auckland

• Have been operating within Auckland for 40+ years
• Directors both come from building backround

• 45 Full time Staff

Majority of these builds will be volume build - you could be the sole charge of anywhere between 5-15 houses at any one time in various stages of completion
This will require good planning and time management skills to ensure your programme of slab down, frames and internal walls, construction and finishing are all free flowing , making the call when required to ensure steady progress and no major delays shift the date of completion. You will be running various sites and have a good understanding of the builds and the planning behind ensuring the subcontractors know what is required, and QA along with implementing H&S. Generally, these builds are on a 24 week programme

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE it is ESSENTIAL that you are

1. Trade Qualified with a BCITO Certificate in Carpentry, Cabinetry or Similair,
2. LBP or have completed or willing to complete some sort of Construction Management qualification
