About the Role
You will report to the Operations Manager, and be responsible to ensure all site requirements are met on a timely and cost effective basis. How you perform in your role also determines how readily customers will honour payments due to the company for services provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Rebar Detailing: Following the company detailing policy; Reviewing of engineering and architect drawings
• Preparing 'shop/placing' drawings or shop drawings of steel reinforcement for construction
• Planning & Project Management: In conjunction with the Production team- actively manage the agreed program ensuring program is adhered to throughout the process
• Contract Administration: Maintains proper contract documentation and reports. Has a clear understanding of the projects scope of works, quantities, values and customer expectations
• Filing: Maintains orderly filing and archiving systems

You will need to have strong working experience on AutoCAD and have a good knowledge of NZ Building Codes and experience within the building and construction industry.
