They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage the day to day on site running of construction projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Tracking and maintaining the project schedule and budget to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
- Successfully managing the construction works (potentially across multiple sites) through to handover
- Implementing and maintaining the company Health and Safety Management plans on site
- Managing the quality control systems throughout the project
- Weekly reporting and reviews of the project progress
- Administration
You must have:
- A relevant Construction Management qualification
- Proven successful experience managing residential projects (minimum 3 years) to completion on schedule and within budget
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships
You will work well under pressure with an ability to “think on your feet”, show initiative and offer solutions. This role will suit a well disciplined person with proven work experience in this field who can work well as part of a team.
