To the point- My client a residential build franchise is looking for a programme and delivery orientated Construction manager.

So, to the role - Joining this business you will be the construction manager reporting to the owner. This is a pioneering role with the director targeting a new direction in the business leaving you responsible for the construction business and managing multiple project managers in delivering a yearly build target of 50 + houses.
What you will require. As a Construction manager in residential construction, I would expect you to be trade certified, have vast exposure in residential housing with strong processes and experience in running and delivering multiple builds with clear effective communication between clients and of course the workers on site.
