This progressive, rapidly expanding main contractor have recently celebrated their 20th birthday and are looking to add to their 30 strong Auckland workforce.
The list of current projects includes commercial apartment blocks, schools and hospitals with values from $10million up to $150million.

They are offering an opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join their Auckland based team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ideally a trade background or tertiary qualified
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Site Management
- Experience overseeing a $20million+ commercial project
- To be competent overseeing sub-contractors
- To have a proven track record completing projects on time
- Experience monitoring health and safety
- Proven experience in building on-site relationships
