Working within an organisational culture which is dynamic and vibrant, this Senior Project Manager role is an opportunity to use your abilities to successfully lead this and other large projects.
Reporting to the Construction Director, responsibilities will include interfacing with owners, consultants, contractors and other internal resources on this and other major projects. Other duties involve managing projects and leading a focused team of project staff to ensure successful outcomes to complex projects.
These are varied and interesting projects and involve intricate building, construction contracts, state of the art systems, but above all, the ability to lead projects and deliver profitable results successfully is paramount.
Previous large, complex hi-rise building construction industry experience is required along with relevant tertiary qualifications (BE) preferred. Further qualifications in project management and demonstrated experience in a leadership role in projects are critical, as is the ability to relate with all types of people involved in the construction industry and client organisations. Strong and realistic financial, commercial and contractual attributes are a prerequisite.
