An established NZ commercial interior fit out company is in need of an Interiors QS to join their team in Auckland on new projects. With a growing forward workload they are increasing their team in the Auckland region.
This is a newly created position for an Intermediate QS. You will be involved in fit out and refurb projects ranging in size, sometimes in live environments with strict time frames for clients across commercial, hospitality, retail, leisure and also some maintenance projects.
We are looking for:
- 3-5 years’ experience as Quantity Surveyor (NZ experience a must!)
- Demonstrable experience working on commercial fit out projects, refurbs, or maintenance as a QS
- Relevant tertiary degree
- A trades background is a plus
- Ability to confidently navigate around sites and communicate with the wider project team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
