We have an opening for a Project Manager to join our team in New Plymouth to lead the delivery of buildings projects for local public and private sector clients.
 
As Project Manager, you will manage and assist with deliverables on projects for clients including; investigation, analysis, design, design team management, contract documentation through to construction observation and close out of buildings projects.

You will have:

• Minimum of Five years project management experience in either a consultancy or contractor based role
• Experience delivering a range of project types across, education, residential, healthcare, transport, or commercial
• Prince2 or PMP qualifications desirable but not essential
• Strong contractor management ability
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to further client relationships
