This specialist contractor have a significant value of work about to commence and ongoing work, offering at least 10+ years worth of job security. They offer on site support, mentoring under highly experienced senior staff. They have a strong senior project/site management team now in place they are now looking for a skilled foreman to assist in the construction of this large multi story project.
As a foreman your role will involve entirely management, some tasks being:
- Managing teams of direct labour and independent contractors, materials ordering
- Being conversant with structural, civil and architectural drawings
- Being responsible for all health and safety
As an applicant you will be a trade qualified professional with knowledge and experience across multi residential and/or commercial and be looking to build larger construction experience. You are fully conversant with structural, civil, geotec and architectural drawings. You also have your site safe certification
