We are seeking an experienced senior estimator who must have experience already working with NZ based residential building companies. You are to be based full time in our Queenstown office.
You will join a team of 30, including sales, design and construction supervisors. Your day to day role will be varied but mainly include pricing of plans and checking build-ability of homes. You may be required to have on site meetings with clients. You will be asked to foster trade, supplier and manufacturer relationships. You will be supported by the Operations Manager. You will also deal directly with our sales teams.
This role is ideal for someone looking to step up into management and is prepared to try their hand at other aspects of the construction industry. So if you have had experience in design or project management as well as estimating we would like to hear from you.
A QS background is at your core and you will have worked in this field for a number of years, You will work with a very experienced team that are supportive and respected.
